144. Time limit for destruction. Records referred to in section 96 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1) must, within 3 months of the date on which access to the records was prohibited, be transported to an appropriate place for incineration or shredding by 2 persons designated in writing by the clerk for that purpose.
